How do I know if my order was received?

You should receive an email soon after your purchase confirming that your order was received. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on the site are shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. If you do not receive a follow-up email noting your order has been shipped out, please contact me:  shanagammonart@yahoo.com or (434) 401-9601.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Please see the Return and Refund Policy information located on each product's page.

Where are your products made?

​

Each product is handcrafted by me and made in my studio in Virginia.

Are taxes included in the cost of each item?

Yes.  The price of each item includes tax.  Because of this, you will only see the item and shipping cost on your invoice.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to make certain each order is packed securely.  If your product should arrive damaged, please read our Return/Refund policy on each item description page.

Please note that I will never call you or ask for money over the phone, though you may reach out to us via phone with questions.  All of our correspondence is sent via email.  Please make sure you list an active email when your order.
